I have a 1997 F-150 4x4 w/ the 4.6L V8, Manual Tran.
(123,XXX miles). Its a supercab and other than a blown heater core, is in great shape for its age. The core began to leak about a year ago and I stop-leaked it.

Well....it has came back and I am tired of smelling the coolant through the heat system. I have to make the decision of trying to sell it as is or whether to fix it a the tune of $600 and then selling it. Either way, I want to sell it and get something better on gas mileage (I have an 80mile round trip to work each day).

What do you guys think this truck is worth on todays market? and is anyone interested in it whether its fixed or has the leaky heater core.

My idea was $5,300 fixed or $4,700 as is. I'll submit picks to anyone interested. ( If he is still interested, I know CPerry will fix it for a good price to anyone interested in it as is)

P.S. - I figured this was pretty much a feeler so I left it out of for sale. The truck will probably makes its way to "Vehicles for Sale" next week.

Thanks,

Josh
