He was in third gear wide open today coming off a jump and I don't know if his 3 yr. old little brother was just sitting there or rode in front of him but they crashed. Hard. I watched him fly 6-8 feet in the air upside down. He hit his brothers motorcycle in the gear shifter/motor area which was very solid.

Ended up neither one got hurt at all. Wish I could say the same for the bike.

PS: He needs a set of front forks for a xr 50 if anybody has any they want to sell.

Kenneth's oldest son Mason, and younger son Maddox, ALWAYS have on their helmets. I have watched these boys ride.
Looks like Mason is gonna need to learn to weld, to pay for that.

I'm not for or against Quads but just seems like mor people get hurt worse on quads. Don't know if you just can't get away from them when you wreck or all the extra mass associated w/ four wheels.

Ask Guffey what a quad will do when you can't get out from under it.

time for pit bike forks and swingarm, maybe a 110 kit while your at it. Glad he's ok. any of his friends need a bike? I got a cherry ttr-50 Yamaha my son has out grown.

Haven't really thought about the pit bike idea. He really does need a little more suspension. He is jumping like crazy.

I sure do know some one looking for a small bike. Shoot me some details and a pic or two if you can.

yes, everytime ive been there. his kids always have on helmets, and boots. they always ride with no fear. lol. those 2 are all BOY. I agree. I think it maybe time for him to have something with more suspension. And again thank goodness both boys were ok.
Ive listen to the bike or quad debate alot. I race atv mx. I can definitely vouch for the quad being the heavier machine to run over u. which it usually does after a crash. to me, they are both dangerous. just teach your children to ride within their ability and always wear proper safety gear. thats the best you can do when you try to enjoy motorsports.

everytime I look at pic I just keep thinking that had to be 1 hell of a hit. Its hard to believe neither was hurt

PM sent and as for the pit bike, I got buddies with 110 machines that are a hoot for the grown ups, as in you can't hardly keep the front end on the ground. Pit bike racing and banging bars on a real short course is hoot. Over in Union Groove (beside the hardware that was beside the bar:D) they had a MX track built for the grown ups to play on and I heard of another one inside an old abandoned chicken house. Spanking little doubles and table tops on these make for some hairy scary fun!

me and a couple of buds played on some pitbikes for awhile. we had to quit b4 we killed each other. lol. it was a blast.
