Hi out there, I am new to this site but I will be here often now. Here is a few pics of my 1980 CJ7 that has went thru several stages in the last 4 or 5 years I have had it. This past summer I did a SOA lift, all new steering and brakes, rebuilt both front and rear axles and installed lockers and gears, put in a 727 automatic w/stall and full manual valvebody, put a 360 in for right now to work out the bugs and a 401 is on the stand as we speak, I have a few things left to do but it is getting there. Now all I have to do is keep it in the yard, it was stolen a few weeks ago but luckily the guy missed my drive and was not smart enough to put it 4wd to get out so he just jumped out and ran. Well time to go work on the Jeep...

very nice. i love how much its changed great job. i hope that police car didnt give u any trouble.

Very clean! And man... I know you know this, but someone is looking out for you, BIG TIME. Stuck at the end of your driveway.. wow..

Of course, if the dumbass had gotten it into the street, probably would thrown it into "D" and burned up the trans in no time, you probably would have found it at the end of the block..

Grrr, car thieves piss me off..

Again, real nice Jeep (did I just say that?), and love the new paint..

Yea all I need to fix is a new steering column, dent in the back and now reverse does not work but like you said someone was looking out for me because it could have been alot worse. I also had to replace my well because he ran it over on the way out and burned up my pump when it ran dry. I got a copy of the police report yesterday and it just made me mad again, he stated in there that he said he really wished he had gotten it because it would have been fun. I would like to show him what I think would be fun....
