My buddy in his XJ at "Little Slickrock"

Thats like the Lil Engine that could....I think I can...etc.
Nice little spot there. I wish we had mountain trails down here.

It is way steeper than it looks too. If I was standing below the rock in front of me in the video, it would be past my waist!

He needs lockers, he's got a rear locker on the way.

i was just there last weekend ridin
its a good lil place to ride around for sure.

No, not when it's that wet. I need to get a picture of the obstacle from below it sometime so you guys can see what exactly he was trying to climb.

Here's some vids of me and a few buddies up at the top of Cane Creek messing around.

My XJ. Got it yesterday.

Thats a fun little spot, me and my roommate have been up there before, we live right down in the middle of sylva (go to wcu). Heres a couple videos of his truck open open on 35's when it had just got done raining. You guys go to WCU?

I thought I saw other tire tracks up there! One of my other friends wants to cut down the trees you have to go around to get to Little Slickrock but I told him it was a BIG no no as it's public land. Thankfully people don't really trash that area up there. It can be very fun and it needs to stay that way.

My friend (white Exploder) and I both go to Wyotech in Blairsville, PA.

We'll be back in June for good so we can all meet up and wheel. Can't wait to start building my Heep. BTW, your friends Yota is very nice.

bcammons21 - Moses Creek is in a different area than Cane Creek. You can get to Cane Creek from Blanton Branch or by going on Old Cullowhee Road, heading towards WCU, you take a left at the light before the big bridge after you pass Ingles, BK, etc. Wayehutta is (difficultly) accessible from both Blanton Branch (way up top past Cane Creek) and Locust Creek. You can get to Wayehutta from the top of Locust Creek, but only if you have a TON of ground clearance and probably lockers.

Maybe Im thinkin of a different spot I was up off Caney Fork (take a left at the moonshine mini mart off of 107(IIRC)). I remember a guy me and my brother talked up up there had a map of the trails and seen a couple other guys that came up moses creek and exited on the very end caney fork where it turns into a dirt rd, a lil after the church on the right.

Yeah you're talking about Moses Creek. Cane Creek is closer to town and much quicker to get to.

got you
i just have always called it caney fork cause thats the road wed ride down to go campin up there at the very end

Moses Creek is off of Caney Fork. Where most people go wheeling. My bad. There's just too many Cane's, Creek's, and Fork's to make it easily understandable. There's also Locust Creek too.

Isn't that the truth.....Locust creek still have the big mud hole at the bottom. I have sunk many vehicles in that pit.

The mud hole at the bottom is nowhere near as deep as it used to be. Most stock vehicles can make it through now with enough momentum. I took my dad's old Bombardier 650 through the bottom hole and destroyed two of the tires on a battery that was sitting on the bottom. :shaking:

The hole at the top... now that's a different story. Knee deep water and waist deep mud under the water.
