When the house is $400k+, a $2000 lift is E-Z.. Having the building and floor to go around it is the expensive part..

Found a pic of the 5-car and the 3-car shop..

Unfortunately, it looks like we'll be renting for a year, so unless we can work something with the seller, it may be gone by the time we're ready. OTOH, maybe it won't!
