Heres link to build thread this will be going on http://www.nc4x4.com/forums/showthread.php?t=87114
Heres the guts of the set up.
OEM power steering cap I drilled a 1" hole through the center & installed a 1" hose coupler. Secured it with 2 stage epoxy.
Bought large radiator hose from Advance & cut about 5" off the end & installed OEM cap/coupler assembly inside it.
Can still twist the cap on just like OEM.
Connected 1" hose to cap assembly & ran sealant around the inside of large radiator hose till it was to top edge & clamped down.
Installed cap assembly w/hose on pump. Twisted & locked cap down (just like OEM). Ran bead of sealant on reservoir neck before assembly went on. Held it down tight & clamped it down.
I'll add reservoir side pics after I install it all tomorrow. I believe it should work.
