My kinda car...

That thing is such a flaming pile of shit, I can't find the words to describe it.

I think you just did... The caption should read: "Shoot me please."

-- They did some interesting sheet metal work to twist the plates and add the gas can.

That thing needs more TJ bumper and then it would be perfect.
Ha ha ha, not. As it happens, I plan to replace that TJ bumper with a piece of 1/8" thick 3" x 5" angle iron in the near future, with the brush guard, hooks and rubber bumpettes added to that. Maybe that will get fewer laughs, eh? Especially since you won't be able to dent THAT with a steel-toed boot.

Meanwhile... that Opel was definitely overdone, but looks like its main purpose is to go to shows anyway. Someone definitely took enough pics of it, didn't they? And yeah, that NATO gas can used for a fill spout was kind of clever. Did anyone notice that the air filter appears to be a Bundeswehr gas mask?

Yea, well at least it won't die from mustard gas!

angle iron? bumpettes?
Angle iron... as in very thick steel bar shaped like an L or V in profile. Surely you've seen some before. :flipoff2:

Bumpettes... as in those two little rubber thingies that bolt to the front of the bumper. I have no idea what they're really called. :shaking:
