yeh the liberty guy is getting the 6" lift kit for it sometime after the holidays:), or at least he wants to
 
My friend has all the footage, and he's saying something about waiting for his new editing software to come in. I'm just as anxious to see it as you all are

i cruised right through it going the same direction as him, it was going the other way in 2wd that was the mistake!

we are going out there sat or sun.... take the hot rod and drag it down the sandy trails!
 
nice mud. you need some bigger trucks out there to pull you out.

the bigger you are the harder it is to pull you out when your stuck! (dont ask me how i know)

anyone close to mount airy wants to play in the mud let me know. i have a mud pit and a tractor that will pull any truck out as long as its not a 5 ton 6x6. tried that and it didnt work.

well we just got back from there, and that black liberty AND a yj on 32's just made it through, but to eriks credit, they were in 4wd and going the same way as me. tomorrow, if i can get the beast running i'll go out there with a camera and hit it the same way as you

as for the legality....we were pulled over by the fuzz as we first arrived. cops said that there are sketchy people that are out there so apparently they were making sure we weren't drinking or doing drugs. when they asked why we were out there and we told them we were just gonna play with the jeeps,, they said to be very careful because it was "late at night" (10:00) and that sand is really soft, we could be stuck all night. HA! I told them to follow us in the expedition, but they declined. they told us to have a nice night, not to get stuck, and don't do drugs.
later we passed the group that was out there drinking and smoking pot...they were all sketched out asking the best way to get out. haha too bad for them that the cops were near the exits
