The brand new 100% LEED Sierra Nevada brewery is within a mile of this plant.

I'm just extremely curious on how my property values are going to react. In the next 12 months I'll be putting my house up for sale and moving close by but looking for more land.

I have a feeling the feds are gonna make some changes to rules and the cozy relationship w the state and Duke. I also hope it shines some light on the curious aspects of the states fastracking/lax rules for the fracking industry.
