my trails

I'd love to come over and play sometime :) Invites still open? I have a worn out CJ5 on 31's or 32's (depending on the day). My name is Matt from Charlotte with a yellow cj :) Also have an XJ. Let me know!
 
awesome guys! im about to go to chicago this weekend but i think i'm going to plan a weekend where people can come volunteer, wheel, etc. we have a giant pile of trees and debris that i'll probably burn one of those nights. i'm free this week and next week so let me know if anyone wants to come on weekdays.
 
Got anything for the smaller scale? Our RC rock crawling club is always looking for somewhere to wheel. some of the charlotte/concorde/landis guys would love a local spot. plus.....theres a few jeeps and my land rover in the club that 1:1 wheel as well.
 
may i bring my stock zj?:eek: i'm an off-roading noob, and have been itching to get my jeep dirty. if anything, i'd be up for just meeting some people, hanging out, and helping with the trails and whatnot.
 
Damn! I wish I'd seen this thread sooner! I live up in Huntersville and I would've definitely headed down, but I'm moving to CO in 2 weeks and the Jeep is already setup for the move and up in Morganton.

stock vehicles can go anywhere on the trail. it'd be a lot of fun. theres a bypass around each mud hole and the trail loops so you can hit everything from any direction. just let me know when you/yall wanna come ride.

i just came back from morganton actually... instead of going to chicago we decided to go to go camping throughout the NC mountains. we started in bryson city, then to brevard area of pisgah and then to brown mountain sat/sun. i hate i missed ya
 
by small scale i meant Remote control! but i will definatly bring the rover out there!!! gotta square away a back injury before i can do any real trail work but i'm willing as soon as im able

Travis- are u going to be around thursday afternoon...if so i would like to come over and check ur trails out. me and a couple buddies can come see what we are up against and play around a bit and see what we could do to help u make some more trails in the future. sometime after 5 would be great...also if its ok with travis if anyone else in the area wants to come play to lets get a mini run in thursday after work...i would give u a call travis but i figure ur at work like me, as u can tell im working hard....
 
yeah i'll be around... just keep in touch and let me know if you're coming for sure, who all's coming, etc. im usually home from work by 6 at the latest
 
Dont have a rockcrawling rc. But i awlays like to see pics of them.
 
Depending on how work goes I might be able to make it out there by 7 on thursday.
 
me and probably 2 of my buddies would wanna ride out there. possibly two vehicles but def. my truck. we could be there around 6
 
Just got back from the trail! Thanks so much to Travis and family for the hospitality. I got my CJ stuck on my 3rd pass through the mudhole and my wife had to come pull me out with her XJ. Had fun!
 
Of course it's this weekend since I'm working. Damn, I've seen you several times this week and I still haven't been able to make the 5 minute drive out to see your trails. I did honk as I passed your house today. Does that count?
