Time to slim down the bunny herd. She got a new knife set and went to town on them today. 8 bunnies. Cat ate so many guts he may not be able to walk anymore. I now have about 6 pounds of livers to cook between this and the last run.

Heath was watching and said she was taking the rabbits apart. LOL. Hopefully he doesn't expect her to put them back together.

Rabbit on a spit or rabbit with rice and gravy might fine eating. Not that I've done it but I've talked to some who ride around hay fields at night with spotlights and 22lrs, hear you can kill 20 or 30 a night

We raise them. Currently she is trying to mix some breeds to get a better meat to bone ratio. She is crossing a California to a Dutch right now. Then when the Flemish Giant is old enough she will get bread to the offspring.

I've been raising them for almost two years now. Very rewarding.

Flemish and silver fox mixes mostly.

Always cool to see someone else into it.
