Someone get up some investors and get it pushed through the EPA to open a refinery near Wilmington, It is closer to the middle east than the gul region, you got a big Tank farm in G'boro so a relatively short pipeline would get you on your feet as far as distribution/selling. After you get the G,boro tank farm you sell to another pipeline and they deliver from there. Im sure it would ease NC gas prices, as long as the EPA would ease some regulations for ya.
