Name this joint

Assumed I had a *SET* of Yukon SuperJoints based on one side...


Blew a D30 outer and lost the ears/caps on the other. No idea if it could be "polished up" for a spare (my goal), but no idea what it is to even see if caps/rebuild possible. No makers mark that I can see, but is "gold" anodized...

The second one looks like just an older version of the Yukon Superjoint to me. I had them in the 44 in my YJ years ago and they were that gold color and I don’t remember any logos on them.

Will see if I can polish it up a bit (both trunnions are dinged pretty good and galled a bit), add new caps and hope they'll work for spares

It should be fine. They usually rebuild pretty good even with some magic voodoo done to them.

Was able to give it a little polishing (120gr flap, various emery/scotch-brite) last night, so will be ringing up ECGS for a rebuild kit ...
