Hey! I actually live in Nashville and worked downtown, so I passed them all the time on my drive to work. I'm friends with a former worker, so that's how I established my relationship with them. Anyways, my review is mixed. As far as customer service goes, they're true to their word, but they can be a bit...blunt and rough, if that makes sense. It's a very blue collar job/environment.

With that being said, their tires are high-quality and very competitively priced, in my opinion. I was on the fence with my first purchase for new tires for my jeep a few years ago (2007, probably), but it was their return policy and warranty that sold me. Obviously, I don't need new tires very often, but I've gone back to them ever since - my wife and our children - we get all our tires for our vehicles from there. Hope this helps
