It's been a while since we've done one of these. I'll be heading up Friday and camping at Arrowhead all weekend. When I booked my site I noticed something I've never noticed before.
"Don't Move Firewood : Help protect our forests! Prevent the spread of tree-killing pests by obtaining firewood at or near your destination and burning it on-site. Moving firewood is illegal in some states. Visit dontmovefirewood.org to learn more."
I read it and apparently its even frowned upon for short distances even in state..... I always thought this was a thing for those people out west. So where is a good source of cut wood? I can split it. Is there plenty around with the storms we had?
