We do not need a "constitutional carry" law.
We just need to wipe 95% of existing gun laws off the books!
ANY type of law that "allows" or "gives" anything is not freedom, but regulation.
The protection or ones self, family, or possessions is not a freedom, but an "inalienable right".
God given, simply because we exist.

I completely agree with everything you say there except one thing. The proposed bill has no new regulations, but only has the current law with all of the conceal carry permit regulations removed. It is actually an amendment to the current gun law to take away the need for the permit to conceal carry.

Like I said, I like what you say, just not completely accurate. @Kickdeez16 posted a link to the proposed bill.

Actually, this falls a little short of what I'd like, If you post a gun free zone, you should be responsible for the safety of EVERYONE in your zone against armed bad guys. Under that law, if my child is shot in the zone, and I'm unarmed, the owner of the gun free zone isn't libel.
