I've been looking for this for awhile. Everything you need to know if you need to get a tag on your trail rig.

The above doc is rev. 2006 which is the most current version according to the website. Do you happen to know is there is a more current version out there?

I don't, but it seems people are having a harder time getting modified or marginal cars to pass than the past few years. Plus, I've noticed the DMV has started tracking pre-OBD cars in the computer again. Inspections for older cars were basically on the honor system for a while after we went to the stickerless system.
