Need a Fabricator! Making bed rack for RTT and utilitrac

I'm in need of someone to create the pictures below for me. My wife and I are taking September to go out west and my ARB Rooftop Tent is on the way. I know Thule makes an adjustable rack system for the bed but I'd prefer to have someone local make me the following. Doesn't have to be Aluminum but if it's steel i'll either paint it or get it coated. If you are interested please contact me with what you think a price would be and when we could get started. If Aluminum isn't too much more i'd be interested in that as well... I know it's a long shot but if one of you fab shop guys want to use mine as a mock up there seems to be some decent interest in something like there from what i've gathered online...
