It was a little over a year ago when we were shopping when he told the story. But IIRC some send salvation army to pick them up, at least one just told him to throw it away. And he moved it to his beach house.
He can work from home whenever he wants so no big deal there.
No visit to stores, order and return online.
Seemed like a huge PITA to me as well. I wouldnt do it for sure. But I cant explain how cheap this dude is, and he makes hella coin to boot. He drives a ~10 year old Hyundai with north of 220k miles.
