This is the thing I find funny, makes me really wonder what the profit margins are on these things.
If they are offering a free trial, and your "return" is just to get rid of it (you donating it is just as "gone" to the company as if you put it in the trash can), and we all know even if you did return it, they can't resell it due to health concerns... that means they are losing the income on a crap ton of mattresses.
Of course I guess if that comes at the trade of not having a retail store anywhere, then operating expenses balance out?
