need a pcm for jeep

i have a rough idle issue i cant solve changed all the sensors etc... i have a 2000 jeep tj 4.0 with the auto tranny, non abs, and a cali emissions model. i think i need a pcm i cant see my other two o2 sensors with multiple scan tools. i checked the wiring its all there and plugged in and not frayed. all fuses are good so its time for a pcm i just need to borrow one to test my jeep then buy it if it works ill buy it any takers....
 
update*** the guys who did the motor swap used the wrong computer in my jeep i have the cali model... its not completely their fault according to the car computer exchange says the computer i have will work with all jeeps and all emissions, but thats not accurate at all. The cali model has a different P/N. So i contacted them and they are doing everything they can to not help me. Mind you i still have a warranty on the PCM for another 2 months. So do not use car computer exchange ever...
