Need a price check on aisle 5

My neighbor is looking to sell his wife’s 2021 Wrangler Ecodiesel JLU Rubicon Sahara (or whatever the highest trim level Rubicon is called). It’s all stock (other than being tuned and deleted), well maintained, and in great shape. Only downside is it has about 115k miles. What’s a jeep like that worth? I already offered him $10k but he says it’s worth more than that
