Need air tank welded in Brunswick county...

Anyone close to Shallotte that could weld up a very small hole in an air tank on the cheap for me?

I got a great deal on a gas powered industrial air compressor because it has a small hole (1/2" x 1/16") in one of the tanks. It has a 5.5hp honda motor and does 12cfm@100psi with a max pressure of 125psi and I only paid $50 for it. My budget is almost blown for the month but once this is working, the air tools will help my build tremendously.

Nope not rusty. Its only a couple years old. Its a wheelbarrow style compressor and the P.O. decided to tow it behind his truck. The little single tire couldnt handle it and went flat allowing the tank on the heavy side to drag the pavement just long enough to make that tiny hole. Bad for him good for me.

That would be complicated. The hole is on an edge where it got dragged. Its just a tiny slit and I am sure it could be covered in a single bead. I just have to find someone willing to do it. The shops around here won't do it because of liability and I would rather pay a fellow wheeler some cash to do it (plus no liability that way).
