Need an answer

They're visually not the same. The lower valances are way different as well as the upper bumper cap that contours under the bottom of the grille.

So I would say no. However, I don't think the bumpers were any different in the 99-02 1500s when compared to the 01 & 02 2500HD trucks. I got a new one for my 1500 a while back for something like 160 bucks shipped. Ebay is awesome.

Most likely not. The body style change happened in 03 so it probably won't but a little more info on what kind of bumper it is might help.....
 
If it's formed to the body lines (grille area, etc) then it won't. Maybe if it's a somewhat generic bumper, it might, but it'd probably look goofy.
 
hey thanks guys and it was a thunder struck it looks to be built for a 03 and newer body style so ill have to pass but apreciate it
