Need Help 89 GMC S15 4x4

This is gonna sound really crazy. But it's all true.

1989 GMC S15 4x4,

When making a turn, either direction, turn signal on, comming out of the turn, where the turn signal oughta cut off, the windshield wipers come on:wtf: checked the Turn signal rod where the wiper switch is, theres no play there. Also, not every time, but when you blow the horn, the turn signal will blink???

Anyone got any idea's??

Kinda sounds like a :alien: problem to me:confused:
 
I'll bet .. Your combo switch (turn signal switch) is bad. Had this happen on an S-10 before and most recently on my wifes Safari van.

they run between 90 and 170 dollars at advanced depending on your style (cruise control and such).

Very easy to change out also ... takes about 45 minutes
 
either ^ or Ive seen the column harness chafe at start cross polluting current.
