need help finding a jeep owner please

I just bought a wrecked jeep and would like to find the previous owner. The NC tag is still in the jeep. The tag is a friends of smokies specialty tag and shows "SKET"
The jeep is a 2003 rubicon with ned 35" pro comp tires. I'm trying to find out what lift kit it is that's on the jeep.
Looks like a fabbed front 3 link, but maybe a production kit???
No names or anything that I can find. I need the front lower driver side link, and think it would be easier to buy it from the manufacturer if I can find out the name.
Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for the replies.. I will try to return the tag to the original owner, so he can turn it back into the DMV. In South Carolina it is a requirement to do this, not sure about NC.
I bought it from the insurance company. They didn't see the tag, since it was under the rear seat..
 
In NC you're supposed to turn a tag in, but there's not much incentive to. You can get the pro-rated property taxes returned to you (in Guilford county) if you turn it in, then fill out a form. I've rec'd letter from insurance saying I am going to get fined because a certain vehicle wasn't reinsured, but I just send the form back, checking the box stating the vehicle is no longer registered.

SC has no penalty for not returning tags. You just check that they are lost.

You might be better off posting a pic of the link so maybe someone can identify it. Also, you'll spend less time having a good fab shop build one. Or even look at Ruffstuff and see if you can duplicate it from their parts
