I need at least 5X8 sheets, 2 of them. Everyone has to order them that I have found, except Lowe's and they have like three colors and on 4X8 sheets. So, who actually has this stuff in stock, where you can go in, look, choose, and buy?

That's a hard thing to find local stock of, because there's so many brands and colors and thicknesses available so it's an expensive inventory to maintain.

Plastics supply places sometimes carry a few generic colors like white and gray.

Most everything would have to be ordered. We have a couple of sample boards for plastic laminate, each has about 400 colors on it. You might find places that have the most basic/frequently used colors on-hand, but they won't have many.

thanks all. Found a place in Charlotte. Web-Don Building supplies

Lol... Thats where it's ordered from. Didn't occur to me that they were close to you. Sorry about that.

Not a problem. I don't like Charlotte, but to get what I want and I need I am Ok with the drive. will be close to 200 miles, round trip

I've used Web-Don here in Raleigh. I just saw this thread but checking if they had a location closer to you was going to be my first step. Glad you found what you were after!

yeah seems everyone dropped keeping an inventory because of cost I guess. I wouldn't have minded ordering, but the shipping time is what got me most. Plus, a small square on a screen might just look different once applied. This way, I can take my back slash tile, and my floor tile, and get something that will work with both. I order a lot of stuff off line, but this is a little different. Kinda like going to sLowes, and hand picking through 2X6's vs saying have it ready and I will come pick it up
