Need help finding tool

20" ( 508mm ) Extra Long Reach Long Nose Plier - Locking Pliers - 3032

but stateside. Any of you have experience with anything like this? What would be the best is if it had the duck bill clamps on the end but from my searches that's a needle in the internet haystack.

For $45 shipped and a 2week delivery, I'd just order those. They don't seem to exist anywhere else on the internet except from Sheffield tools.
