Need help identifying axle

I need to ID a rear axle from a 98 ford F-150 2wd. It has a V-8, a 4.6L I believe. The axle ID tag looks like this:
S869c (the S could be a 5, hard to tell)
3L55 88 8J21
The other tag says:
5w140 synthetic oil only
The axle has a diff cover so its not a 3rd member diff. Any ideas? I also need to know if its a "c" clip axle or uses press on bearings.

8.8 with 3.55 gears and a limited slip maybe?

8.8 w/3.55's and yes, it's a c-clip. Most likely an open carrier.

It's limited slip. That's what the L in 3L55 is for.
