need help with axels

i need to know how to replace my front axel seals they are leaking grease out right on the tire and making a mess. i need to know where to start and replace them.
 
What vehicle??
 
Pull off the wheels, then unit bearings, then axle shafts, then front diff cover, then ring gear and carrier, then replace seals and put it back together.
 
Why should this be deleted, it might save another perosn from asking the question again later.
 
I have the same problem w/ a CJ dana 30. That sounds like alot of work. I think I'll just keep adding grease till I have to replace the R/P that has chipped teeth. This being due to and ARB locker 6mm bolt head just popping off and getting between them.

Even so your seals are still leaking. It doesnt matter what the fluid level is in the diff, the seals should not let any fluid pass. Another cause maybe that your vent is clogged and as the oil heats up the pressure cant be released and its getting blown past the seals.
