NEED HELP

I have a 03 f350 on 52s I built it about two years ago I only drive it about once a week and I have never had any problems with the cops but today I got stopped by a local state trooper that I see all the time and he has never stopped me. But he said that my truck was to hi and i had one month to get it lowerd our he was going to give me a ticket. I need to know what to do?
