When we first started our elec business we bought had 2 trucks a 91-92 7.3 and a 91 460.
the 460 was loads better at toting the mail.
The 460 sucked gas put could pull, I looked into a turbo for the NA Diesel and it just wasnt worth it.
Sold the diesel the gasser still sees occasional use today
