Hey! My parents water heater started flaking out, tripping the circuit breaker. They got an estimate for a new water heater installed, and it was way higher than expected. Estimate came from plumber contracted by Lowes home-improvement. My folks found some issues with the estimate, to the point they feel this may not be an honest estimate, so they would like to work with someone else.
