Dude, you don't want to lift a cherokee that much, You would be better off stripping off all the parts and sitting it on a k5 blazer frame, and going from there... Saw it done, and saw it perform, and it was impressive in the mud, but thats about it. had a 383 stroker, 60/14 bolt, and 44 tsls.
Ive finally learned the limits of XJ's, mind you the hard way. But the biggest Ill ever build an XJ again is 37" tires, on a full width 44/9. With undescribable amounts of unibody bracing, and cage. And I would only want that on 5-6" of lift... with fenders trimmed and tubed.
