Need Some advice Jeep JK 08 Code P0038

My JK threw the P0038 code for the O2 Sensor(Bank 1 Sensor 2). I replaced it Monday but code did not go away and the ck engine light is still on. I thought it might be that I just needed to drive it for "X" amount of miles to get the computer to reset. Well it's Saturday ck engine light is still on and still throwing that code. Any Advice on what to do? I had to replace the Bank 1 Sensor 1 about 5 months ago and it was fine.
 
Unhook the battery and let it sit a few minutes. That’ll reset things.
 
Ok did that and check engine light still comes on. I tried to clear the code, it says it is cleared but the ck engine light still stay's on? Any other suggestions?

ALL cel codes mean the same thing.
"Please install a ZZ572 RamJet with a blower and nitrous"
And watch all hell break loose!

It can't be fixed. I'll get rid of the problem for you.. just drop it off with a notarized title. You're welcome.

Seriously, check the wiring for melted places or rubbed through places, as well as the o2 heater fuses.
