Need some help with a 97 TJ 4.0 driver fender

I just bought a TJ that had the driver fender replaced and everything was missing that is supposed to bolt to it other than the vacuum canister which isn't properly mounted. I bought a washer reservoir and two horns. There is still a 4 pin plug that I don't know what it goes to and I can't figure out where exactly the horns go. From the wiring harness it appears one goes on the back of the washer tank and one goes to the front. At that same split in the harness is where the 4 pin connector is also. Mine is a 97 with 4.0, auto, with ABS if any of that matters. Also the 4th pic is a mystery wire that is a 2 pin connector. Where does it go?

Last pic with the two wire looks to be the under hood light.

From my year experience the horns go behind the grill in front of the radiator and the last pic is definitely the hood light plug now for the rest of the stuff that is missing i can help you there i hope the best of luck

Here are some pics from my 99. Both horns go in front of the washer bottle. It looks like in your first pic the washer bottle is mounted to far forward. There are splits that go to the washer, two horns, headlight, and a long one that runs down to the turn signal and foglight. As the other guys said the last is the under hood light. Hope that helps.
