Just been diagnosed with stage 4 renal cancer with metastasis, not looking for any sympathy, just need some help. I've got a twenty-three-year-old penniless son stuck in Troy who needs a ride towards New Bern. If anybody can help me out in the next few days I can help them out with some cash. A little more info... He lives in a house about 2 minutes from The Outpost and already has his bags packed. He would like to bring his girlfriend with him if possible but that's not a deal-breaker. I'd be more than willing to pay anybody's gas to New Bern and back. Again, thanks in advance

Can't do an all-day drive tomorrow, but if somebody can get him/them to Carthage or Sanford, I can get him/them to Smithfield (and if he can find a ride from there). Flexible on time schedule.
 
I️ can help with Eastern Nc portion, working in Greenville this week and live in rocky mount, and can run to new bern any evening.

If anyone can get him towards rocky mount in the evening, I can get him to new bern that night. It’s 1hr 45 mins for me to get to new bern. I️ usually go through Washington to get there, but could head through Goldsboro and pickup/meet also

I appreciate all the kindness and offers of help. The boy found his way to Raleigh today and is being picked up by a family member. Again thank you all for your thoughtfulness and offers of help. Great to be a member of this forum !
