need somewhere to drill 1 hole in my frame near Apex, NC

i'm installing a rear tow hook and need to drill one hole, i have the drill, cord, etc, but live in an Apt with no outside power and dont know any neighbors in the front of the bldg..... i need to borrow power for 5 minutes to drill the hole.

it's on a jeep if that makes a difference (i know how them yota guys are.....)

closer to Apex the better

What am I missing here? Borrow a cordless drill.
If you can't use your parking lot, drive to Wal-Mart, park in the back of the lot. Drill. Enjoy life.

Better yet:
Go to Wal-Mart, buy a drill. Drill in the parking lot. Return drill...

car washes have outlets?? haha i have a cord but not long enough from my apartment. dont know anybody up here to borrow a drill from yet, and didnt think about wal-mart's wonderful return policy.....

i DO have a corded drill, the post above mine suggested borrowing a cordless..... i have everything except the power source.
