I want to get a clocking ring made. Fits the new process 6 bolt round pattern. Same as np207,208,231,241 etc as well as Dana 300.

Need to clock a PSD case downward.

Purchased One off eBay from Great Lake Offroad, and I'm not pleased with it, but for $40 I got what I paid for.

A few issues I will explain with pics.

Needs to be 3/8" thick steel.

I will source the hardware.

Here is the one I bought.

3 of the bolts are too long, 2 are correct and 2 are too short.

The "studs" are threaded rod with the ends ground where they were cut. Reduces threaded depth greatly.

Here shows the bolts bottoming out before bolt meets countersunk area.

The main issue I have, is that the first clocked position is so far from original position.

The new 3 clocked positions are close together and that's fine.

I need the first clocked position moved as close as possible to the countersunk.

This ring will work for clocking PSD down and dsd cases up.

Who is able and willing to do this?

Or does anyone on here have one sitting on the shelf?

Thanks.

Here is a close up of the gap between the countersunk area and the first position.

Let me know if you need dimensions or possibly even cad/solidworks file of the ring.

I have tools to be able to burn this out, but don't have the time or motivation and I don't feel like ordering tooling for countersinks or tapping all the holes.

Even better if someone has one on the shelf.

Bumping this up as a shoutout for awesome service from @4wheelsupply. Great to deal with, fast shipping, and a much higher quality part.

The clocked positions are as close as possible to the countersink area.

Bolts provided are correct length, and the studs provides are actual studs, not threaded rod cut into pieces.

Way better product that the GLO ring I first got.

Description says it is for Dana 300, but also fits any other new process case with 6 bolt pattern, and went directly on my 241-c with no issue.
