Need to rent shop space

What's up everyone. We just moved to the Saxapahaw/ Graham area and I am looking for some shop space nearby to rent for a few months until I can get one built. Would need 1 or 2 garage bays with 220 power to get the jeep in and be able to hook up the welder. If anyone knows of anything out there let me know. I am shooting to get the jeep fixed up from KOH and go to the Ultra4 race in PA at the end of July.
