You said that your pressure Drops It could still be your regulator I hope that that fixes it when you replace it.
Also even if you pump can supply 90PSI it might not be able to supply the volume of fuel needed to run that motor.
TPI's injectors are "Batch fired" that means there are only 2 wires going to the computer to fire the injectors. one for the right side and one for the left. so all 4 injectors on 1 side fire at the same time. so if you have a modified motor that needs alot of fuel, and you have much larger injectors. Your Fuel pump might not be able to keep up after they all fire.
Also I know the sounds dumb but have you check your fuel filter?

Its a brand new walbro 255 lph external pump????????
I run one just like it in my bro's 383 LT1......works fine.He's running 36lb injectors also........I think volume should be fine!

Yep its all setlled.........I found my problem......its not the TPI its these f-ing bugs that like to hang out around my garage!I took apart the pump today as a last resort and guess what I found jambed all UP in my pump inlet fitting?A june bug..........I dont think much made it past that.....Im actually a little surprised that it was able to run as well as it did considering the amount of fuel it ws unable to get.......I want to thanks everybody that was so willing to help with this problem.......I can bet I go straight for the pump first next time!!!!!Heres a pic for your viewing pleasure!
