Need welding assistance

I need someone to do some welding for me. I installed a 2" body lift and now I need to cut & raise my hitch and weld it back. I also need to cut, modify, reroute my exhaust outlet to get it out of harms way when wheeling. I'd do it myself if I had access to a good mig welder but I don't own one and I can't afford to pay welding shop prices. Can someone in the area help me out?
