Needing a stencil made

My daughter who is on the board of the Salem Athletic foundation, a local school in our area, is needing a stencil maybe 10'X10' or 10'X12', or how ever it works out, of a super man "S" like on his chest.
Anyway, can be in pieces to fit together or one big piece. Can be plastic, or metal, but light enough that women can handle. This is to spray the logo on the football field.

Need quotes. And if you make it, would need to know who much and when you can get it made.

I could do it. Would take about 2 weeks, but....

The problem is Marvel has that S trademarked and they defend it NOTORIOUSLY. Since I already received a C&D letter from them for something I am not getting back on their radar.
We actually made the stencil for our local high school.
1/32" HDPE was what we settled on after a few different trials. Then after assembly I attached a few hook and eyes like you'd use on a screen door. You can lay it out (the one we made is 9 sheets of 4x8) then latch it all together and it will stay in place while you roll over it.
