I am sure a bunch of people was caught in the traffic accident friday, I happend to be in that wreck (muiltipe wreck) And need some advice
driving down 40 im doing the speed limit, plenty-o-room in front of me and I am in the far left lane between harrison and wade (because I do not want to get off on wade, nor try to merge left closer to wade) Lady in lane two (right side of me) cuts me off, while apply brakes, so I have to apply brakes hard but to her speed b/c If I slam on brakes the person behind me hits me. Well she then leaves my lane and hits the medin at which point I see a van almost at a stop in front of me (her car blocked my view) so I have to aim for the left of the van because their is no way I can stop without hitting the van. well the gray car is in that lane, and yup, she hit a white car, which then I hit her 9but thankfully not as hard! It would have been extremly bad if I hit the van....really bad) She admits to swerving in my lane, she says she is sorry (I feel like I have done nothing wrong so I do not state im sorry, and normally I am the first to say sorry for anything) she even tells the cops this. 2 hours later I get a ticket for failure to advoid a collasion. Am I mad at the cops... no. I dont bother saying anything but yes sir. I knew the chances were high i was getting a ticket, how many times have you heard the person in front get a ticket for someone hitting in the rear?
My insurance company closed the case saying she is at fault, but I still got to go to court... is there anyway to get out of it? what are the chances it will stick?
