I'm jealous! One of these days I'll build me one like it.

Wish I could say I built it... I could have, but I had a chance to buy it and there is literally $20k in afternmarket parts on this thing.

Got it from a guy who was getting divorced and the 5.0 has some issues- runing rich & leaking oil from almost everywhere... may be blow-by, but I won't knnow until I do some compression testing,

Thanks for the comment.

C'mon with it!! our cb4x4 run is in Nov. You'll have plenty of time to get the bugs worked out of it by then :D

Glad you made it home alright even with the trailer problems. Oh, and more pics, too!!! Sounds like you got a good deal.

Holy crap that is a nice EB!

valve cover and maybe rear main leaks,

Check the rear of the intake manifold before assuming the rear main seal is leaking. JT and I were fooled by that one time many years ago on the same motor as you have that was in his Lincoln Town Car.

Got a real good look at it today and it looks like the intake... should be easier than the rear main!!

This is really a driver and VERY light wheeler...

I have been wheeling with alot of people on here in my rock crawling Dodge Ram- which is in the middle of a fron coil over conversion!

Let's just say Ilimited myself to a Max of $10k to invest in a running, driving Bronco with no body rot. Body was my #1 concern cuz these are notorious for rot and body work is not my strong suit.

I came home with a bunch of money in my pocket and the EB!! The better half was very pleased with both!

This thing has over $20k invested once you add up all the bolt ons, 5.0 swap HP D44, etc etc. AND the body is in great shape!

I guess after all these years you're still jelous of the "show Jeep" so you had to get something pretty to ride around in?

I know it was sold once before I bought it. I got it from a guy in GA but very close to Chattanooga, TN. He said he got it from the guy who built it- it was built sometime around 2004 and the PO said it was done near Chattanooga.

If you know who built it, I would be interested to know exactly what the motor comes out of as well as the paint color...

Thanks
