Hey everyone, I'm J.T., new to the site, heard of it through a good friend Scrambled83. I'm the Founder of the StarCityCrawlers (scc4x4) in Roanoke, VA. I'm currently rebuilding my jeep, which is a 1995 YJ Rio Grande, the 4cyl blew this february, so I have converted it to a 4.0L. Will have it ready for the trails come spring. Hope to make it to some trails in NC next year.

Thanks; any trails in the Winston-Salem area? I've got family there, and visit about once a amonth or so.... After the Jeep is done, might start hauling it with me.

Welcome to the board! Definitely hit up Uwharrie (URE) if you're in Winston. URE is closed now, but will open again in April. You'd also be pretty close to Mountain City, TN. (Callalantee) It is open year round.

Uwharrie is definitely worth a trip if you're down in WS.
