Many times I have wished for a place like this. I have friends, with lifts, but hate having to ask.
Sounds like a pretty good idea. I wonder what the insurance rates are to cover what some might do.

I don't have to have a vendor diamond to brag on or complain about a business on here which is all he's really doing technically since its not his place.

And just for the record, many army or other DoD installations have places just like this. The one here where I work you can rent lifts for $6/hr and all the tools are free. Civilians can use 'em too.
