Welcome... There are a lot of members from your neck of the woods, and keep an eye on the for sale boards, there are a lot of parts that run through there fairly cheap that will help you with your limited budget build.

I'm gonna start at CVCC in August. Anyone know of any lift kits for my Trooper? I've been saving some money here and there but i'm not sure if i want to lift it just yet. I've thought about doing like the guy above said and taking a sawzall to the fenders and just throwing some bigger tires on it. What size tire could i fit by doing that? Thanks for the help!

DEPENDING ON WHAT YOU HAVE ON THERE NOW PROBLEY A SET OF 265/70 SHOULD FIT THATS ABOUT A 32 1/2 BY 1050 THATS WHAT I HAVE ON MY 05 WK AND THEY DONT RUB.

the black wheels look good, you should think about maybe tinting the windows a little bit....it would really set off the black/copper balance in a positive way, maybe even painting the bumpers and flares a dark black instead of the charcoal......just little things that keep you excited when starting out

Thanks for the advice. The next thing i'm going to do is tint the windows and i've been playing around with the idea of painting the fenders and bumpers a dark black. I think it'd look good :)
