New in Charlotte...

Hey there,

My name is Billy and I'm relatively new to the Charlotte area. I only have a stock '05 Nissan Pathfinder Off-Road Edition, but I love to get off road as much as I can.

It seems there are a lot of heavily modified vehicle owners on these pages, so I was wondering if a guy like me could find some other people who aren't modified but still love getting as off road as they can and going to events and stuff.

Please feel free to write. I hope to make a lot of new friends and have a lot of fun this spring and summer...and beyond.

Welcome to the board! A lot of us arn't that modified, a lot of us are. No matter check out the upcomming events section & join in on some trail rides. If you haven't been to Uwharrie yet I would recomend it.

I'm looking forward to going to Uwharrie as soon as they open. April 1st, I think. I'm hoping to go that first weekend.

The 4wheel parts in Charlotte is having their March madness sale next saturday the 14th. A bunch of us will be bringing out our rigs and hanging out for the day. Come by and say HI.

Okay, so I went out there to Hudspeth Rd this morning and the gate was closed and chained with a lock. I didn't see an office or anywhere I could pay and have someone unlock the gate for me. Am I missing something?

Sorry things got mixed up Billy, they were there on Saturday.

I know they have a race next Saturday, so you can go out and talk to the folks that run the place, get the schedule for open days etc.

LMFAO!!!!!!! A celebrity hotdog cooker. Something about that just sounds wrong...funny, but wrong. Maybe I'm not awake enough yet.

I can't remember the last time I got a hotdog cooked by a celebrity.
