Meh. I prefer the originals.

Looks kinda Renegayde-ish. Maybe they should call it the Megagayde.

Honestly, fix the grill, square the last side window off, and I'd drive the heck out of it.

1: Jeep is trying to cash in on old names knowing we jeep lovers will bite.
2: They get some right some wrong.... Not a fan here...
3: Just because we bite does not mean we will get hooked...

Is anyone going to pay that much money for a Jeep product, especially one that isn't Wrangler-based? That's a lot of money for an SUV from a non-luxury brand.

Weird, that was my high school nickname. I think it was because I was a mega renegade....

Does it kind of look like a renegade and A Ford expedition mix?

This looks a whole lot like a Durango, but not as good. They should have just re-badged the Durango. & then you could get a HellCat GW

but I also say, how many SUVs is Jeep going to have? I know they are selling like crazy now, but they are upto what 6-7 models now?

Hold up.... You think the Durango looks good?

It's a combination of the block-y styling like the Tahoe/Suburban/Expedition, and the softer rear window lines like the Kia Telluride. I think it's not bad looking, but it's not particularly exciting or new (nothing I just mentioned is either). It's just a boxy, boring SUV, which everyone seems to like.

That window trim outlining each individual window makes it look.... cheap. I'm not sure why they didn't do some variation in the window trim profile in different areas, instead of the same section profile everywhere. My eye is drawn to that for some reason.

Give it a while, people will be removing that window trim and wrapping it in chrome or gold mirror vinyl.

All I see is a re-branded Expedition

It has the roofline of a 90s caravan

I want to like it, I really do.

But I can't. I don't like it at all.
this

Also - FCA fucking up another great legacy by re-using a beloved name?... this is my shocked face.

I didnt say it looks good. I said the GW doesnt look as good. They all look like a box or bubble.

But if they were smart and plan on a decent drivetrain, with a full frame, they will be very competitive in the fullsize market.

They're on the Dodge 1500 frame

Interesting. Everyone is going IRS with a frame on body for the full sized platforms. Expedition did it a long time ago, the 2021 Tahoe/Sub is going IRS (finally), and now this.

I'll patiently wait for the release of my IRS Silverado, thank you very much.

Looks like something GMC already has out but with a different grill.
Looks like a Lincoln Navigator. They could have done so much with this, but failed miserably.
Almost all "mainstream" vehciles look the same now. Grey bubbles. Soem are a little more squarish or bigger or smaller, but they are all 1 tone, light colored boring semi-boxy bubbles.

I think this is why the Bronco was so exciting - something that actually still has style and a form true to its roots.
